SOUTHSIDE SUITCASE

Welcome to the Southside Suitcase

Our goal at Southside Church is not only to partner with our parents to reach the next generation but also to raise a generation that is growing in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  We believe that if we can partner with the home we will have a greater chance of helping our children and teenagers learn about Jesus, grow in their relationship with Him, and discover a faith of their own.  This is too big of a task for the church alone…as well as too big of a task for the home.  We become a greater force when we work TOGETHER!

This site is designed to highlight what your kids are learning during their time at Southside but also to provide some helpful resources to help you be the best parent you can be as you are raising your kids.  It’s not an easy role…and we want to do all we can to equip you for this as you move through each stage.

Southside Suitcase will also provide current information about upcoming events. This information will include important details related to the event and will allow you to download helpful forms such as camp registration, permission slips, and directions to events.

We know that no one has more influence on your child than you do, and it’s our hope that this site will be one more opportunity to partner with you in packing your child’s suitcase for adulthood by teaching them about faith and character. We want you to be informed so that you can talk about it all week at home!
